What are the Integrations?
This permits a continuous journey (without interruptions) from the point of departure to the final destination, using two or more means of transportation.
How long is the integration period?
Intermunicipal Single Ticket = 3 hours
What is the advantage of using the integration with the train?
Using the integration with the train, you can get to your final destination more economically as, with the integration, you obtain a discount on the value of the fare.
How does the integration between SuperVia and the buses work?
All the stations in the Baixada are integrated with the use of the Intermunicipal Single Ticket. This integration is valid only for Intermunicipal Single Tickets.

The single fare is R$3,70.
What is the SuperVia UniPass?
It is a card credited with the value of a single train fare corresponding to the current rate set by SuperVia.
What are the various payment methods available for train tickets?
- UniPass Card – Sold in the SuperVia ticket office. It is valid for one trip and must be used in the station where it was purchased.
- RioCard Cards – You can also use the RioCard VT, VT Rápido and Bilhete Único/Single Ticket, that follow the rules of Fetranspor – the company that issues them.

How does the Lost and Found department work?
The Lost and Found Department works on weekdays from 6am to 7pm in the following manner: If the passenger has lost something, he/she just needs to call the SuperVia Phone and the item will be searched for in our Center.

What is the Free Travel Benefit Card and what is it for?
The Free Travel Benefit Card is provided by SuperVia and grants free journeys for students from the municipal, state and federal public school system in primary or secondary education, as well as for passengers over 65 and people with special needs and chronic illnesses.
If I fit into one of the categories above, how do I obtain my card?
Make your way to the Espaço Gratuidade, located on Platform 13 at Central do Brasil terminal, from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm, bringing with you the following documents:
ID Card, School Declaration* and proof of residence send by mail, containing stamp and date it was sent.
- Over 65s:
ID Card and proof of residence.
- People with special needs:
Special Pass issued by SETRANS, unexpired, ID Card and proof of residence.
* The school unit should have sent a list of students in advance.
